Website Development
The process is typically 2-4 weeks as long as we get everything we need from you on time.
Replies typically come same day or within one business day so you don't have to wait around.
You never have to worry about learning tools or dashboards to do it yourself - when you need something changed just text, email, or call me about it. I'll take care of everything within 1-5 business days depending on complexity.
For your convenience, I might manage your domain name for you - but it depends on what will work best for you. You always retain legal ownership of your domain name, even while I manage it.
The actual website is part of a managed service and is only licensed to you while we work together.
We include automated and manual checks for functionality, accessibility, performance, and technical SEO to ensure your site exceeds industry standards.
Pricing & Payments
The minimum commitment is 6 months; after that we do month to month.
You would be required to pay the rest of the contract amount.

Payments and recurring invoices are done through Square for your convenience and security.
You have a 10 day grace period before the $75 late fee kicks in (invoices are done automatically through Square so you should get reminders beforehand). If payment is 30 days late, I have the right to take the website down and terminate the contract.
Maintenance, Updates & Support
The "Unlimited Updates" add-on refers to standard edits, updates, and maintenance that you would expect on any website. Examples include replacing images and logo files, bug fixes, updating contact information, adding/removing sections (within reason), and more.
The Unlimited Updates add-on does not include things like: full rebranding or redesigns, logo redesigns, and large expansions or new pages. For more specifics, our contract legally defines the term in question.
Updates are handled quickly; a typical range is same day to 5 business days depending on complexity.
Edits are not included on the lump-sum plan; they're billed at my hourly rate ($50/hr) with a 1-hour minimum.
In addition to handling updates for you, I monitor your site's performance and search rankings, making improvements over time and keeping your website content up to date as your business grows.
